Mr. Hirobo Obeketang is currently the Chariman of the Board of Directors appointed in early 2024.  Mr. Obeketang is serving his third term as he was first appointed in 2020 and re-appointed in 2022 as a Member.

Secretary Iva Reimers Roberto is serving her second term on the Board of Director as the Vice Chair. Secretary Iva was appointed in 2022 and reappointed in 2024. She currently serves as the Secretary for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Commerce.

Honorable Drille K. Kabua is a member of the RMI Parliament (Nitijela) representing Kwajalein Atoll. Senator Kabua is serving his first term on the Tobolar Board of Directors appointed in 2024.

Executive Councilman Boaz Lamdrik is serving his third term on the Board of Directors. In his previous terms he served as the Chairman of the Board from 2022 to 2024. Mr. Lamdrik is currently a Council Member representing Ajeltake Community in the Majuro Atoll Council 

Honorable Mayor James Matayoshi of Rongelap Atoll is currently serving is first year on the Board of Directors, appointed in 2024.

Honorable Mayor Joel Jitiam of Mili Atoll is currently serving his first year on the Board of Directors, appointed in 2024.

Mr. James Bing is serving is first term on the Board of Directors, appointed in 2024. Mr. Bing is currently serving as a Maritime Director for Majuro Atoll Local Government.
