ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE
The Tobolar Copra Processing Authority has a Refining Plant in Woja and a Milling Plant in
Delap, Majuro Atoll, in which both offers insightful tour experiences that showcases the
traditional and modern processes of copra production. Visitors can observe the transformation
of dried coconut meat into various products such as crude coconut oil, soap, beauty oil, and
copra cake (a byproduct used in animal feed and fertilizers).

Tour Highlights:
a. The Delap Milling Plant provides a firsthand look at the copra processing journey –
from the back yard of copra farmers around the pristine Marshall Islands to the
Milling Plant where they are process into Crude Coconut Oil and Copra Meal.
b. The Woja Refinery Plant provides a firsthand look at the processing of Beauty Oil,
Beauty Soaps and Coconut Cooking Oil from the Crude Coconut Oil.
Both plants’ setting offers an excellent opportunity for photography and learning about the local coconut industry.
Tour Hours/Time
a. Tour Hours are between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. All Facilities
are closed on Weekends and Holidays.

Best time to Visit: Tours are most informative when the plant is in active production.
